My Approach

I am an integrative therapist and coach who works holistically, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive, somatic, emotionally focused, and mindfulness-based therapies alongside evidence-informed coaching frameworks. My approach is highly individualized and tailored to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, empathy, compassion, and genuine human connection. My work centers on helping people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the relationship between their inner and outer worlds, including the ways emotions, stress, and past experiences can shape both the mind and body.
